About us

Some people asked why I didn't write anything about myself on my website. So here it is. My name is Charlotte Froon and I am the woman behind this website and the 'Bodasca' kennel. I am living together with my boyfriend 'Henk' in a very small village in the center of Holland. We met during vacation in China. Olthough he was raised without any animals he has also become to like dogs, and especially mine ofcourse. I am working parttime in a hospital pharmacy and Henk is working as a computeringeneer.

Beside our dogs we do have little time left for other hobbies. I also like photography very much. This proved to be very handy and useful. Here is a small selection. As you probably noticed already: I prefer animal photography.

As you can see I do like to see something of the world. Usually these trips are short as I do start to miss my dogs too much.

Others pets we have are pufferfish. Their type is called figure 8. These pufferfish are originaly a brackwaterfish from Asia. They are not easy to keep but if you're looking for a fish with character think about pufferfish.

We also have and breed Betta Splendens (Siamese Fighting Fish) in different colours.

Newly added to our Betta collection from the breeding station of Christoph Bärecke (Germany) are some Butterfly males (Doubletail and Delta) and a Pineapple Doubletail.
